With a holistic approach, I combine technical excellence in AWS cloud security with proven methods from Transactional Analysis, systemic consulting, and organizational development to enable sustainable change.

My Journey

Two worlds, one perspective: My professional path has taken me through various roles – from chip designer to IT software developer, project manager, enterprise security architect, cloud security engineer, to executive management with responsibility for finance and HR. What connects all these technical disciplines: a high level of complexity, where it’s essential to “sense the right path and move forward”.

In parallel, I have been intensively engaged with leadership, collaboration, and personal development since 2008 – and today work part-time as a coach and consultant.

A central insight runs through all these years: When projects fail or stall, it’s rarely due to technology.

Most often it’s a combination of technical factors – such as unnecessary complexity or conflicting requirements – and human factors: neglected holistic organizational development, overlooked interpersonal dynamics, unspoken conflicts, or blind spots and missing processes in the system.

Technical excellence meets human processes: This connection has led me to systemic organizational development according to Trigon, hypnosystemic approaches, Transactional Analysis, and Theme-Centered Interaction.

Today I combine both worlds – I build secure cloud architectures and guide people and organizations in their development. Two perspectives on the same question: What does it take for complex systems to work?

As co-founder and Chief Information Security Officer at Nuvibit, I help organizations achieve AWS excellence. My focus is on AWS cloud architectures for clients in highly regulated industries such as financial services, healthcare, and public administration.
