Biography

I am an entrepreneur, consultant and owner of several companies in the Region Zurich, Switzerland.

I enjoy working with people: Support, elaboration and development of personal resources. People in their functions and activities. Leaders. Employees.

I offer coaching and consulting to individuals. Support how they can adapt and improve their own behaviour. Work structures can be adapted and improved, methods and models can be used. With a look behind the scenes and on work psychological and group dynamic processes.

In my work as a management consultant and as a project and team leader, I can put both aspects into practice: whether through projects, work assignments or personality and personnel development.
